The following was snipped from the Nuggets List:
__ ENOUGH IS ENOUGH: "In 1994, the top 1% of income-
earners paid 26% of the total federal individual income
taxes while making 13% of the pre-tax income. The top 10%
paid 58% of the taxes. The top 20% paid 73% of the
taxes.... The bottom 40% of income-earners pay less than
1%.  The bottom 60% pay only 10%." -James K. Glassman in
The Washington Post (7/11/95).
