  The "high crime" of Watergate(Fundgate) was
Nixon's (“Clinton’s)abuse of his White House power
to affect  his 1972 (1996) re-election.

  Nixon resigned in disgrace. Clinton remains
in disgrace. Therefore, one must ask in the historical
words of the famous Mr. Welch, “Sir, have you no shame?”

  It would appear that the answer lies in Mr.Clinton’s
continued intentional mis-conduct of his presidency. --
He is incapable of shame.
