It occurs to me that one of Bill's advantages in lying is that
he is  utterly without shame.  From  this AOL news snippet, we
see him do what he has done many times before:   When he comes
under suspicion for being a liar, he goes on a righteous counter-
attack, putting himself in the camp of the holy saints.

Clinton Prods Congress on Bill

President Clinton wants Congress to act on campaign finance overhaul
legislation this year and he is threatening to force Congress to stay
in session to do it. In a letter to Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott,
Clinton says if overhaul legislation is not given enough time to be
properly debated, he will ``call on Congress to stay in session until
all of the critical elements'' of the legislation are ``fully considered.''
