I couldn't disagree more. The right think would have been to never
bring this up in the first place. Some one show me where this power
is granted to congress persuant to the 10th amendment. This is
strictly a state issue and the feds should butt out. But then that
applies to almost 90% of what the Democrats AND Republicans are
doing.

By the way did anyone catch the O'Reilly Factor last night? He did an
extended interview with Sen. Hatch (R-UT). I was somewhat suprised by
some of the things he said about his fellow Republicans in
particular. He may be the first step in the incremental reform of the
Republican party. Comments?
