Not quite that simple. In order for that to be possible you need to
be running an application that allows incoming socket connections.
Normal applications do not do this unless you are running an FTP or
TELNET server (as opposed to a client). Running servers on your PC is
something you must consiously and intentionally do as they require
you to start them. Now there are some applications that do allow
incoming connections (Reflection, Back Office, et. al.) and to run
them without proper precautions is foolish. Fools usually deserve
what they get.
