Without checking, I'd be willing to bet that Judge Jackson is a
clinton appointee (I will allow for the possibility of Carter). Once
again we see the effects of OBE and a new definition of monoploy. I
wonder if anyone remembers what a monopoly really is? If you read his
preliminary ruling closely he has said, if a business is successful
and uses its profits to promote itself, thus making consumers less
likely to buy from competitiors, it is detrimental to consumers and
unfair to competitors. What we have here is the exact definition of
free enterprise being turned upside down. It also seems that us
consumers are so dumb we buy Microsoft products just becasue they do
exactly what we want at a reasonable price. I'm sure glad we have
Reno and Judge Jackson looking out for us.
