Thanks. the reason I asked is that the child protectors usually try their
best to keep stories of children hurt under their care from becoming
national news, or even local, if they can stop it.
I'm collecting such stories to use as refutation when CPS tries to say it
doesn't happen or if it happens, it is very rare.
