A journalist should know better. Evade is the wrong word. Tax evasion is
illegal. This looks to me like tax avoidance which is perfectly legal. But
then perhaps the journalist DOES know better but also knows many readers
are products of our public screwls and is intentionally trying to bias the
report. So much for objectivity in the press.
