FOOD FOR THOUGHT February 19, 2003
FRANCE IS BETTING THAT WE'LL "FORGIVE AND FORGET"...their
anti U.S. Iraq policy... and judging by Colin Powell's tepid rebuttal of
their insulting U.N. speech, they'll win the bet without a sweat.
FOX NEWS HAS BEEN GIVEN 48 HOURS TO LEAVE IRAQ ... Why
not CNN? -- Dumb question!
COLIN POWELL, YES -- GEORGE BUSH, NO....so says the far left
N.Y.Times, Boston Globe, et.al. as they editorially gush over
Colin's U.N.speech and reverse their anti-anti Iraq stance. G.W.
had said much the same last week without praise, but then, he ain't
FAME IS FLEETING...and Senator McCain, now that he's supporting
G.W. on Iraq, has leaned the truth of that axiom. Suddenly he is no
longer a favored guest of "media left" talk shows.
SADDAM CAN NOW RELAX...Canada, with its "awesome" military
force, has declared their refusal to join us in attacking Iraq.
"THE RAT THAT TRIED TO ROAR" ... the Wall Street Journal's biting
characterization of French President Jacques Chirac.

announce they will seek the Democratic presidential nomination.

pursuing his Iraq policy. Merriam-Webster defines "UNILATERAL" as...
"that done or undertaken by one person or party." In light of Britain, Spain,
Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Romania,
Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia,
Cyprus and Malta supporting the Prez and his policy, the anti crowd is
either being disingenous or are plain out ignorant of the English language.
Given their history of protest the former finding is self evident.
OUR IRAQ POLICY IS BEING CRITICIZED BY BILL CLINTON ... This sexual
deviate who befouled the office of the Presidency had trouble "zipping"
his "fly" then and it appears the same goes for his mouth now.
