Price Gouging By Major Oil Companies?

Its up that much and more depending on where you are.  In california we
risk killing the summer travel / tourist season months in advance.  Of
course we cant buy cheaper gas out of state because state law prevents
stations from shopping out of state.

It might be time to regulate the industry.
