I never said charge for email.  Assume that XYZ inc is paying someone to
send spam and hiding its origin and not including a valid email address so
that people can replay and demand to be taken off the list.  Ban U.S.
credit card companies from sending any money to XYZ inc.  The dishonest
businesses that pay someone to send spam depend on people giving them their
credit card numbers to pay for the viagra, tool enlarging pills, or
whatever.  If they cannot get money from MasterCard of PayPal, they're
going to see a serious drop in sales.
