- Michael Spearing? Bill White?? Mr & Mrs Rojas?!? Have I forgotten anyone?
I'd have guessed this guy was from McKeesport.........the Rio Linda of the
Eastern Seaboard.

NESQUEHONING, Pa. (UPI) -- A Nesquehoning, Pa., man who showed up drunk to
the sentencing for his second drunken driving offense is likely to receive a
harsher jail sentence.

Bailiffs removing Joshua Beury from the courtroom Tuesday after he had been
sentenced raised suspicions that the man had been drinking, and conducted a
breath test that sound the man's blood alcohol level was 0.20 percent, the
Allentown (Pa.) Morning Call reported Wednesday. Beury was jailed for
contempt of court and the sentencing was put off until Wednesday.

Judge Roger Nanovic gave Beury the same sentence he had initially
prescribed, 30 days to six months in county prison but added the condition
that the man must petition the court before he can be released.

A person sentenced to 90 days or less in jail in the county is usually
released after the minimum term if there are no behavior problems, the
Morning Call said.
