America came into being because we seceded from the British Empire. This
all started over a little tax on TEA. We formed these United States by
the consent of the governed. Being required to consent is a
contradiction of terms.

Amendment X – Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively,
or to the people.


No power to prevent secession was ever delegated to Congress by the
Constitution.
Secession was not prohibited to the States.
THEREFORE; Secession is a right reserved to the States under the Tenth
Amendment.

Does it make sense that an entire country should be ruled by a city?
Our Declaration of Independence stated this:

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people
to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another,
and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal
station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a
decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should
declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That
to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving
their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any
Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of
the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,
laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in
such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and
Happiness.”

Please read the REST of the Declaration of Independence and see how many
of the ”causes which impel them to the separation” have happened again.
34 states now have movements to secede. If all 50 states secede we will
not miss having Washington DC.  Which state will now be “Most likely to
secede?”

Washington DC. & the states that stay behind can form the Union of
Soviet Socialist America.

One important point:
You do not secede with a petition to the tyrant. You secede by a vote in
your state legislature.
Another important point:
South Carolina did not secede to preserve slavery. South Carolina
seceded to defend sovereignty. This time a secession would be defending
sovereignty, and ALSO opposing slavery. Then the original constitutional
republic, that we lost, would be able to elect President Paul in a FAIR
election. No state actually needs to secede since Washington has already
seceded from US. We just need to re-establish our constitutional
republic.
