[Rushtalk] Alabama outmanouvers the SCOTUS

The bill failed the two thirds requirement and died 15 Sept.   As with the court driven elimination of common law marriage here in PA , why argue over something that doesn't matter?  Marital status doesn't matter for child support, childs inheritence, etc....  pretty hard to defend the institution of marriage at this point.... it just a trend in gay fashion now.... Tom
