[Rushtalk] Shutup, Al!

It would be different if we could debate facts, but where to find them?
Start with 7 Jan BBC news(Drudge) headline that  Sydney swelters 117F .... which seems to suggest there were 117 temps in the city.
Fact check this at weather.com almanac page for Sydney and it seems the Bureau of Meteorology s puts the official high at 107F
Below the headline..... the article does say Sydney area..... specifically Penrith ...  had the 117F temps... but a similar trip to Penrith's  almanac page says a less newsworthy 113F
Note also the BBC article correctly says the 47.3C temps almost broke the 1939 record, but such  fine points peel away easily.  The Wiki page for Penrith was updated yesterday to show a new temp record of 117.1 was established yesterday.
So here we are.  The real story is that a town 35 miles inland was 4F below the record, but the two bookends are an outrageous BBC headline suggesting an ocean front port city had death valley like temps, and Wiki almanac data that  shows the 113F temps as 117.1F  and forgets the old record of 117.3F.

I don't know how I can be more explicit. It is "man-caused," as opposed to natural, that has no evidence. That is why the climate change religion redefines the debate by eliminating the qualifier "man-caused."

So are you telling John that he may be wrong and the climate is indeed changing?   I have NEVER been clear on this issue.   Are we saying: The climate is NOT changing? Or Yes, the climate is changing, but we are not causing it?   I read two different positions on that just between you and John!   From:rushtalk-bounces at csdco.com [mailto:rushtalk-bounces at csdco.com]On Behalf Of Dennis Putnam

Subject: Re: [Rushtalk] Shutup, Al!   Why not? There is nothing to argue. The climate has been changing since this marble was a molten ball of rock and will continue to do so until the sun novas. The debatable part, that they try to hide by modifying terms, is "man-caused" climate change for which there is little to no evidence either way.
