Groan........  not this again..... and what specific part of the annual NDAA bill authorizes detention of U.S. Citizens without trial?  ...and gives such power to the President?    Many rehashes of this crap cite  "section 1021 and 1022" which haven't been in the bill for years and never gave such powers back then.   Shame on WND for going HuffPo  on this.    Tom
